The 'Regular Old Guns' Synergy causes both the Regular Shotgun and AK-47 to deal 25% less damage.

Galactic Medal of Valor causes the player to deal 30% more damage to bosses, cuts reload times in half, and double's the player's accuracy (or rather, in the logic of Gungeon, slashes the bullet spread by half.)
